Roundtable Learning, a growing corporate learning solutions software company, is seeking a Product Marketing Specialist who will lead marketing efforts to drive awareness and adoption of our learning management system. A successful candidate will have a good grasp of market positioning, strategy, and implementation of key initiatives.
The candidate will be responsible for all areas of content creation for LMS marketing including email campaigns, blog posts, white papers, social media, tradeshows, and more. The candidate will work within the marketing team to develop strategy, reach KPIs, and promote the Roundtable brand.

Analyze the market, identify the key opportunities, take the initiative to create advertisement material, and implement advertisement campaigns.
Conduct competitor analysis and market research to inform the overall strategic positioning of the product for communication with customers, partners, and market influencers.
Create awareness and drive adoption of LMS through content, events, webinars, videos, and presentations.
Work closely with other teams to develop and distribute the assets and collateral required for each target platform.
Develop a keen sense of market trends, assess the needs and concerns of potential client businesses, understand the technical challenges and needs, analyze the current market conditions and possible future market progressions.
Work with the sales team and aid in the sales process, match the needs of customers with our solutions.
Represent products in tradeshows and conferences.
Gather information, maintain reports and compile analyses for marketing campaigns and promotions.
Plan and deliver on daily/weekly/monthly tasks assigned to the core responsibilities.
Work with the design team to help deliver content that meets project specifications and timelines.
Coordinate day-to-day activities that lead to the completion of projects and tasks.
Ability to rapidly learn, internalize and leverage product/campaign information.

Strong analytical skills
Experience with marketing automation software a plus
2-5 years experience in a marketing-related position
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
Excellent project management skills with an ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects efficiently and simultaneously
